Welcome to ScaleQuality. By accessing or using our Quality Engineering Evolution Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ScaleQuality, you confirm that you:
- •Are authorized to act on behalf of your organization
- •Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- •Are using the platform for legitimate business purposes
ScaleQuality is a B2B SaaS platform designed exclusively for professional engineering teams.
02Beta Access & Design Partners
Important: During the "Design Partner" or Beta phase, the Service is provided "AS IS". While we strive for elite reliability, you acknowledge that the platform is in active development to validate maturity models and features.
As a Design Partner, you may receive early access to new features and provide feedback that shapes the product. Beta features may change or be discontinued without notice.
03Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- •Maintain the security of your account credentials
- •Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
- •Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform
04Intellectual Property
Our Property
ScaleQuality, its "Quality Gates" methodology, AI-generated maturity roadmaps, Tech Radar governance system, and all platform features are the exclusive intellectual property of ScaleQuality.
Your Property
You retain full ownership of your data, metrics, configurations, and any content you input into the platform. We claim no ownership over your data.
05Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access:
- •Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
- •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features
- •Critical changes will be communicated via email
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •ScaleQuality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our platform provides strategic guidance; execution of roadmaps remains your responsibility
- •AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes
07Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- •By you: Cancel your account at any time through settings or by contacting support
- •By us: We may terminate for violation of these terms with prior notice
- •Data export: You may request data export before account deletion
08Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:
- •We will notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect
- •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- •You may terminate if you disagree with the new terms
09Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
