Terms of Service

01Acceptance

ScaleQuality is a service for businesses (B2B).

• •You are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• •You agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
• •You use the platform for legitimate business purposes.

02The service

AI Workspace (AI models under your organization's rules), Code Intelligence (diagnosis of code maturity and risks), specialist agents that propose changes through pull requests, integrations through MCP and APIs, and Compliance (controls, corrective actions and evidence). Features may evolve; relevant changes are announced by email.

03Account and security

You are responsible for the account's credentials, for the access granted to people in your organization and for the integrations you authorize. We recommend MFA for everyone.

04Plans, trial and payment

• •New organizations receive a 7-day trial, with no credit card, within the limits shown in the application.
• •Prices, limits and included credit for each plan are on the pricing page or in the order form. Enterprise plans follow the contract.
• •You may change plans at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
• •Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid.
• •Use of models in AI Workspace beyond the included credit consumes purchased credits.
• •Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.

05AI and third-party models

AI-generated output may contain errors and is advisory; review it before relevant use. It does not guarantee any result.

Use of third-party models is also subject to those providers' usage policies. With your own connections, the contract between your organization and the provider applies. We do not use your data to train models, and the AI Workspace managed catalog forbids providers from using the data for training.

06Agents and code changes

Agents propose changes through pull requests or merge requests within the scope you authorize. ScaleQuality does not merge. Reviewing, approving and deciding to incorporate each change belongs to your organization.

07Acceptable use

• •Provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secure.
• •Do not use the service for illegal activity, content that infringes third-party rights or malware distribution.
• •Do not attempt to bypass security controls, usage limits or protection rules, or to access other organizations' data.
• •Do not reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the platform.
• •Security testing only with prior authorization through security@scalequality.io.

08Your data

Your data, your code and the output generated for you remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymized platform usage metrics to improve the service.

09Our property

The ScaleQuality platform, software and marks are ours. The SQCM methodology is published under the CC BY 4.0 license and may be used under the terms of that license.

10Service availability

• •We aim for high availability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
• •Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible.
• •We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves; critical changes are communicated by email.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •ScaleQuality is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• •The decision to adopt recommendations and changes proposed by the platform remains with your organization.
• •AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes.

12Termination

• •By you: cancel your account at any time in settings or by contacting support.
• •By us: we may terminate for violation of these Terms, with prior notice.
• •Data export: you may request an export of your data before the account is deleted.

13Changes to these Terms

• •We notify you by email at least 30 days before significant changes take effect.
• •Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance.
• •If you disagree, you may close your account.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
