01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ScaleQuality, you confirm that you:

• •Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• •Are using the platform for legitimate business purposes

ScaleQuality is a B2B SaaS platform designed exclusively for professional engineering teams.

02Plans, Pricing & Free Trial

ScaleQuality offers a tiered subscription model designed for engineering organizations of all sizes:

• •Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start.
• •Plans: We offer Team ($199/mo), Business ($599/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans, each designed for different organizational scales.
• •Billing: Subscriptions are billed per Business Unit on a monthly or annual basis. Annual plans receive a 20% discount.
• •Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• •Price Updates: We reserve the right to update pricing with at least 30 days prior notice via email.

03AI-Powered Features

ScaleQuality incorporates AI across the platform to deliver maturity insights, roadmap recommendations, and strategic guidance:

• •AI-generated recommendations (roadmaps, maturity scores, strategic suggestions) are advisory in nature and do not constitute guarantees of specific engineering outcomes.
• •The SQ Advisor uses your team's data for real-time contextual analysis only. No customer data is retained for machine learning or model improvement purposes.

04Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• •Maintain the security of your account credentials
• •Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• •Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• •We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the platform evolves
• •Critical changes will be communicated via email

07Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •ScaleQuality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our platform provides strategic guidance; execution of roadmaps remains your responsibility
• •AI-generated recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of outcomes

08Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• •By you: Cancel your account at any time through settings or by contacting support
• •By us: We may terminate for violation of these terms with prior notice
• •Data export: You may request data export before account deletion

09Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• •We will notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect
• •Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• •You may terminate if you disagree with the new terms

10Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
